This six-storey property offers 88 contemporary guest rooms, each designed to capture sweeping views of the Port River, the Adelaide Hills, and the city skyline. Built with short-stay accommodation in mind, the hotel delivers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience. Guests are welcomed by a stylish reception and lounge lobby, and can enjoy access to a fully equipped gym, communal laundry facilities, and versatile conference and kitchen spaces. Business travellers will appreciate the dedicated lounges located on levels one and five, while secure ground-level parking ensures ease of access throughout their stay.

The development of Quest II was shaped through a highly collaborative partnership between One SMG Property, The Ascott Limited, John Byleveld Architects, and an extended consulting team. This close working relationship enabled early design integration, buildability input, and BIM-led coordination, resulting in a streamlined and cost-efficient construction process.
