St Bernadettes Primary School - Stage 2

Mossop delivered a contemporary two-storey learning facility for St Bernadette’s Primary School through a carefully staged construction program that enabled the school to remain fully operational throughout the works.

Following a 12-week Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, our team worked collaboratively with the client and consultants to review the design, improve buildability and identify value management opportunities. These initiatives successfully aligned the project with the client's budget while maintaining the integrity, functionality and long-term value of the development.

The completed facility features five flexible classrooms, shared learning areas, a meeting room, modern amenities, a lift and an open undercroft designed to support collaborative learning. Outside, landscaped passive and active play spaces—including water play, amphitheatre seating, a sandpit and custom play equipment—provide engaging environments that complement the school's contemporary approach to education.

Through careful planning, collaboration and staged delivery, Mossop successfully created a high-quality educational environment that will support the St Bernadette’s community for many years to come.
