Grove Tavern New Beer Garden

The Grove Tavern underwent a major upgrade, featuring a new beer garden and enhanced Sports Bar designed for comfort and entertainment featuring a new kiosk alongside dedicated TAB and Keno areas. 

The project extended the building into the existing carpark to create a vibrant beer garden, complete with an airlock, designated smoking area, dance stage and storage facilities.

External highlights include Spotted Gum timber decking, a curved exterior structure, feature textured render, and limestone walls, while internal finishes showcase a timber-clad bar front, feature tiling, timber-wrapped structural beams, perforated acoustic ceilings, and textured render accents. 

Despite challenges such as inclement weather and product lead times, the team delivered on time by reprogramming tasks and collaborating with subcontractors to source alternative materials without impacting cost or quality.
