Fratelli Cafe

The fitout of a new Fratelli Café in the Adelaide CBD delivered a contemporary hospitality venue incorporating indoor and outdoor customer seating, front-of-house facilities and a commercial kitchen.

The project included a main order station with menu board, coffee machine, POS station and food display case, complemented by a mix of banquette, booth and standing bench seating. A dedicated water station, Venetian plaster finishes, outdoor and lobby seating areas, and Fratelli signage were also incorporated throughout the venue.

External works comprised façade alterations, a new soffit to the outdoor dining area, installation of an automatic entry door and an upgrade to the existing in-ground grease arrestor.

A key project outcome was the upgrade of the existing in-ground grease arrestor, avoiding the need for a new above-ground installation. This solution reduced construction costs and delivery timeframes while preserving valuable site space and supporting the operational requirements of the new café.

The completed fitout provides Fratelli with a functional, contemporary hospitality space that balances customer experience, operational efficiency and practical design requirements.
