Noarlunga Hospital Mental Health Rehab Unit

Construction of a new, purpose-built mental health facility incorporating a 24 bed non‑acute, long‑stay unit at Ground Floor level, and a 24 bed inpatient unit on Level 1. These new facilities provide contemporary, safe and recovery-focused accommodation that aligns with current clinical models of care.

The works also included the conversion of existing office and consulting areas into a new pharmacy, together with the development of a new linen storage facility and associated office spaces within the Eastern courtyard. These upgrades will support improved operational efficiency and enhance service delivery across the site.

Mossop, supported by our in‑house BIM Coordinator, worked collaboratively with Wiltshire Swain, GHD, clinical stakeholders and consumer representatives throughout the concept and design development phases ensuring the facility is fully aligned with clinical requirements, operational workflows and end-user needs.
