Official Sod Turn for Estia's new Aged Care Facility in Findon
16/04/25
We were pleased to welcome Senator Karen Grogan, along with representatives from Estia Health, PACT architects, and Trice, for the official sod-turning ceremony of the new ESTIA Health Residential Aged Care Facility in Findon.
Adding cultural significance to the occasion, Corey Turner, owner of Southern Cultural Immersion, led a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony.
The innovative project will be ESTIA’s first newly constructed aged care facility in South Australia, and their 20th facility in South Australia.
Located at 46-52 Crittenden Road, Findon, the new two-story facility will extend South Australia aged care accommodation provisions offering 124 beds (62 on each level). The facility will also include a 40-space car park and beautifully landscaped outdoors spaces providing future residents with a peaceful, private, and secure environment.
Our team is thrilled to contribute to the design and construction of this facility for the SA community. We look forward to working collaboratively with ESTIA Health, PACT architects, Trice and the extended project team to bring this vision to life.
Completion is expected in July 2026.
