Mossop Appointed to Lead Stage 1 of Xavier College’s $60M Riverlea Park Campus Development

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been appointed as the head contractor for the $60m Stage 1 development of Xavier College’s new Riverlea Park Campus.
To officially mark the beginning of construction, we were pleased to welcome Catholic Education South Australia (CESA), Xavier College, and our project partners to site for a special groundbreaking and cleansing ceremony.
The Stage 1 development will include the construction of a three-storey building thoughtfully designed with open, welcoming communal spaces and modern, flexible classrooms along with state-of-the-art facilities such as STEM “Maker” spaces, multimedia studios, and a food technology centre. Initially, the campus will cater to students from Reception to Year 6, with future plans to expand through to Year 12.
We’re looking forward to building upon our strong relationships with CESA and Xavier College as we embark on this exciting new project. Having delivered multiple stages at their Two Wells campus—including the recently completed Stage 4 Middle/Senior Years Building—we’re now thrilled to help bring their vision for the Riverlea Park Campus to life.
