Designed to promote learning in a world beyond the classroom, the new Trinity College (SA), Innovation and Creativity School offers students state-of-the-art facilities with interactive technology to promote smart learning, smart thinking and smart doing. The new 3 storey building comprises of:

  • State-of-the-art innovation spaces
  • Virtual reality, augmented reality and interactive technology
  • 360 degree projection room
  • Advanced robotic opportunities
  • Lecture theatre and gallery spaces
  • Art, design, ICT, film making and animation laboratories
  • University enabled teaching spaces
  • Private and group study areas and breakout spaces
  • Project-rich marker spaces

During the entirety of the works, the college campus, grounds and site including the neighbouring STARPlex facility (also open to the general public) was to remain operational. These areas are used by students, staff, and visitors, and as such, safety was of top priority to ensure safe access for all. Noisy works were scheduled in conjunction with the college to occur at suitable times and minimise any potential disruption to the school’s day-to-day operations.

We feel privileged to have worked with Trinity College South Australia, Detail studio and the entire project team on this amazing building. It has been a collaborative journey to create such an inspiring and dynamic space which can now be enjoyed by students and educators.
