The scope of works for this project included the interior redevelopment of the Portland Library including all fitout, fixtures and furniture. Additionally, the Portland Library roof was replaced.

The redevelopment aimed to better accommodate Library users and the way people interact with Library through a range of features including:

  • A dedicated children’s area
  • Youth chill-out space
