This project involved the refurbishment of the Port Lincoln Indoor Aquatic Centre and minor works to the stadium. Works included demolition of existing wet areas, office / administration area, existing dive tenancy, party room, and partial demolition of concourse; provision of a new entry/foyer area including new reception desk, partitions walls to offices / admin area, new kiosk / café with new tiled floor and glazed corridor; new tiled concourse; new wet areas including male and female WCs and showers, parents room, accessible WCs and showers, group change rooms; general repair and make good works to the existing structures including treatment of rising damp treatment to rammed earth wall, rust treatment to all steel works, replacing clear polycarbonate sheets and ceiling sandwich panels, etc.; upgrade of all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire services, and pool plant; and minor refurbishment works to stadium including sanding and resurfacing of timber floors, new floor finish for corridor, new ceiling and associated services.
