Undertaken for Northfield Prisons at the operational Yatala Labour Prison, (YLP), this project involved the construction of a new health centre and high dependency unit within the prison’s secure perimeter. Specifically, the project incorporated a new purpose built health centre, decommissioning of the existing YLP Health Centre; and construction of a high dependency unit for prisoners who require specialised accommodation and support and for others who require more intensive supervision.
