Construction of 26 eco-friendly apartments, undercroft carparking and a ground floor retail tenancy on Whitmore Square, (Adelaide CBD). This project encompassed the removal of contaminated soil and construction of 3 separate elevated building wings - each with 4 storeys - spanning the entire footprint of the site. All timbers used were sustainable sourced. Other eco-friendly aspects was the installation of solar hot water units, recycled rain water used for toilets and irrigation, photo voltaic panels, low VOC emissions achieved with the use of EO MDF in the joinery.
