Mossop Construction + Interiors are well versed with all the Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) rating systems such as “GreenStar”, “NABERS” and “ABGR” and take into consideration the long term effects of buildings to the owner, user, community and the environment.

Our sustainability strategy is to collaborate during the design and planning phase and contribute to life-cycle assessment of plant/equipment/materials to minimize the impact on both, energy consumption and the environment.

Mossop Construction + Interiors understand the importance of Ecologically Sustainable Development and as such have incorporated a Green Star Policy as part of our business operations, which includes;

Mossop Construction + Interiors internal processes ensure that the operational requirements and periodic maintenance to keep the building functioning as intended through supplying of Operations and Maintenance manuals, training and monitoring of ongoing maintenance.

Mossop Construction + Interiors can not only provide advice in sustainable design initiatives from schematic design through to the construction process through our involvement in the Design phase of the development, but also contribute from our knowledge of the cost premium of undertaking of certain initiatives to achieve the required ESD/Energy rating.
