Ray Mossop

Now retired from the day to day operations Ray Mossop brings his vast knowledge and experience of the construction + interiors industry to the board.

Beginning with an Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery followed by a TAFE Building Certificate course Ray worked with Adelaide builder Fricker Carrington Group before joining Mossop Group in 1980 and becoming Director, Special Projects.

John, like Ray began as an Apprentice in Carpentry and Joinery. John Mossop worked his way to Site Manager with the Fricker Carrington Group before joining his brothers at Mossop Group Pty Ltd in 1983 as Project Manager and then Construction Director.

As Construction Director, John had 12 Project Managers reporting to him and was responsible for the smooth running of all construction + interior projects within the firm.



Neil Mossop
Managing Director

The youngest of the three brothers, Neil also an Apprentice Carpenter and Joiner and recipient of a TAFE Advanced Building Certificate also worked for the Fricker Carrington Group before establishing Mossop Group Pty Ltd in partnership with his father Bert in 1979.

Neil has undertaken a number of courses in both company finance and building, including Contract Law, Engineering Services and Green Star Accreditation.




Stephen Prosser Casual
Stephen Prosser
General Manager

Commencing as an Office Assistant, Stephen progressed into estimating of construction + interiors and then onto becoming Estimating Manager for a period of 11 years.

In 2008 Stephen was appointed to the position of General Manager. Stephen has completed an Associate Diploma in Building Technology, Surveying and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Stephen is currently completing an MBA.

Lynda Simon
Corporate Accountant

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the  University of SA and becoming a Certified Practising Accountant, Lynda commenced employment with Fennell Allen & Co in a taxation role before accepting a position in 2001 with Mossop Construction + Interiors as Corporate Accountant.

Business Development Manager

Aaron began his career in Estimating and Administration while completing his Bachelor of Building Construction Management and Economics. He moved into a Project Management role and completed many different projects over a 10 year period before being appointed as a Business Development Manager in December 2011.

Construction Director

Prior to commencing with Mossop Construction + Interiors in 1999, Grant completed a Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship and concurrently furthered his studies at a tertiary level with an Advanced Building Certificate. Grant has recently completed his Masters in Business Administration at UniSA.

Since Grant's commencement with Mossop Construction + Interiors, he has successfully fulfilled various roles within the organisation including; On-site Carpenter, Safety Officer, Site Manager and Project Manager. Grant was appointed to the position Construction Manager in 2010 and now oversees all projects and project teams, ensuring success every time!

In 2011, Grant won the "Master Builders Young Builder of The Year" award and was nominated for the same award at National level.
