• Neil Mossop
    Managing Director

    The youngest of the three brothers, Neil Mossop, also trained as a Carpenter and Joiner and worked for Fricker Carrington Group before establishing Mossop Group Pty Ltd in partnership with his father Bert Mossop in 1979.

    Neil has undertaken a number of courses in both company finance and building including contract law for builders, engineering services and Green Star Accreditation.

    As Managing Director Neil has been the driving force behind the firm’s growth.

  • Stephen Prosser
    General Manager

    Beginning with Mossop Group Pty Ltd in 1982, Stephen has literally worked his way up from the ground floor within the organisation.
    Commencing as an Office Assistant, Stephen progressed into estimating of construction + interiors and then onto becoming Estimating Manager for a period of 11 years.
    In 2008 Stephen was appointed to the position of General Manager. Stephen has completed an Associate Diploma in Building Technology, Surveying and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Stephen is currently completing an MBA.


  • Lynda Simon
    Corporate Accountant

    After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the  University of SA and becoming a Certified Practising Accountant, Lynda commenced employment with Fennell Allen & Co in a taxation role before accepting a position in 2001 with Mossop Construction + Interiors as Corporate Accountant.


  • Aaron Mossop
    Business Development Manager

    Aaron began his career in Estimating and Administration while completing his Bachelor of Building Construction Management and Economics. He moved into a Project Management role and completed many different projects over a 10 year period before being appointed as a Business Development Manager in December 2011.


  • Grant Mossop
    Construction Director

    Prior to commencing with Mossop Construction + Interiors in 1999, Grant completed a Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship and concurrently furthered his studies at a tertiary level with an Advanced Building Certificate. Grant has recently completed his Masters in Business Administration at UniSA.

    Since Grant's commencement with Mossop Construction + Interiors, he has successfully fulfilled various roles within the organisation including; On-site Carpenter, Safety Officer, Site Manager and Project Manager. Grant was appointed to the position Construction Manager in 2010 and now oversees all projects and project teams, ensuring success every time!

    In 2011, Grant won the "Master Builders Young Builder of The Year" award and was nominated for the same award at National level.

  • Jathin Balan
    Design/QSE/Business Development Manager, B Arch, MBA

    Jathin has over 18 years' experience in the Building and Construction Industry. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA - UniSA 2004) and Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch - 1991).

    Jathin brings 10 years as a practicing Architect to the role of Design/QA/Business Development Manager within Mossop Construction + Interiors. Beyond his additional qualifications in Business Management, Jathin has training in ISO:9001 and RABQSA-AU Management Systems auditing and is a Green Star accredited professional.

  • Adam Capriotti
    Estimating Manager

    Adam's construction career began working for his father's bricklaying company.

    Whilst studying towards a Bachelor of Building, which he obtained from the University of South Australia in 1994, he worked as Assistant Estimator for an Adelaide construction firm. Upon graduation Adam was transferred to the company's Northern Territory office as an Estimator. There followed five years in construction management before joining Mossop Construction + Interiors Estimating Department in 2000 where he was promoted to Estimating Manager in 2008.


  • David Frisby-Smith
    Company Accountant

    David possesses over 20 years' experience in Accounting and Administration roles over a variety of industries (Banking, Service, Wholesaling, Manufacturing, Commercial Accounting Office and Construction). He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Majoring in Accounting) (BCom-2007) and is a member of CPA Australia.

    David provides leadership for the Payroll and Finance team and is responsible for improving the efficiencies of the reporting process whilst ensuring that all financial processes (Payroll/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Bank transactions) are accurately processed on time within the business and regulatory operating procedures/guidelines.
